CALL FOR PAPERS
Half page abstracts
on topics related to the themes of the conference are invited by 15th
November 2003. Authors are requested to submit their abstracts via
the Conference Web. Notification
of acceptance will be given by 20th November 2003 at which stage
information regarding the format of the papers to be published will be
sent to the authors. The length of the paper should not exceed four pages
including figures.
In order to produce the proceedings in time for distribution to the delegates
at the conference, completed papers will be required by December
14th 2003.

LANGUAGE
Contributed papers
must be written in English. Oral or poster works can be presented in English
or Spanish.
